The apartment is in a restricted and delimited area with exclusive access reserved for residents. On foot you can reach the train station, the ideal way to visit the nearby Cinque Terre. A short distance from the sea, the path from home to the beach takes place for the most part in a limited traffic area and exclusively for pedestrians. Nearby the Conad supermarket, very well stocked, the Levanto bar which is a fixed stop for local aperitifs The historical center of Levanto, the Seaside walk from Levanto to Bonassola and Framura, the old Church "S.Andrea". Take the train to get to Monterosso in 3 minutes and visit the Cinque Terre. Amazing is also the path from Levanto to Monterosso. If you prefer to enjoy the sea, you can rent canoe, small boats to cruise along the coast. Please remember that checkin is from 16.00 to 20.00. remember to trash garbage before leaving apartment . Late check-out policy: • Late check-out is subject to availability • 12:00 to 17:00 check-out: 50% room rate surcharge • After 17:00 check-out: 100% room rate surcharge Early arrivals and late departures: If your arrival is early in the day and you would like immediate access , we recommend reserving for the prior night. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access until you leave. Guarantee Policy: • A valid credit card will be required upon booking; • For credit card reservations, the same card(s) must be presented upon check in at the respective hotels; • Management reserves the right to cancel any reservations without notice if we are notified of any fraud or illegal activities associated with the full payments received. Children Policy: • Children under 4 years old sharing the bed with parents is free of charge.
